SHORT BIO
Manuel Tonneau is an incoming PhD student in Social Data Science at the University of Oxford. He is currently a Consultant for the World Bank as well as a Research Engineer in the Computational Social Science team of the Centre Marc Bloch, a Berlin-based research center. He is broadly interested in using NLP techniques to extract policy-relevant information from social media data.
