EIPBN 2021
The International Conference on Electron, Ion and Photon Beam Technology and Nanofabrication (EIPBN), affectionately known as "3-Beams," is the premier gathering of scientists and engineers who are dedicated to electron, ion and photon lithography, imaging, and analysis; atomically precise fabrication; nanofabrication process technologies and related emerging technologies; and their applications in a broad spectrum of fields. In its 64th meeting, researchers from academia, government laboratories, and industry from around the world meet to present and discuss recent and future trends in these technologies.

Student Mentor Lunch
The Student Mentor Lunch will take place in the STS-Elionix booth Meeting Room today at 12 PM PDT (3 PM EDT). When you enter the GatherTown room, hit 'x' on your keyboard to enter the Zoom call for Prof. Hank Smith's presentation on “Presenting a Memorable Talk or Poster (How to Present Three Years of Research in 30 Minutes).” Dr. James Spallas will be moderating. The Zoom call will be recorded and made public after the conference. After the talk, we'll return to GatherTown for networking and engagement between students and mentors.

Virtual Exhibition Hall in GatherTown
The EIPBN 2021 Virtual Exhibtion Hall is now secured. If you are properly registered for the conference, you should have received a note from the Conference Chair. Please use your registration email to obtain a 'magic link' to enter. Remember that the Exhibition Hall is where all our casual interactions will take place this year aside from the Q&A Sessions.
