Welcome to Day 2 of the ACL 2025 main program!

We’re kicking off the day with our second keynote by Verena Rieser. Due to high attendance, we invite you to proceed to Halls B and C, which are designated overflow rooms for the keynote.

A few important housekeeping reminders:

🧑‍🏫 Please remain in the auditorium until the end of the Q&A session to respect the speaker and fellow attendees.

📤 Presenters: If you're presenting in person and need to update your slides, please use this form no later than 1 hour before your session starts. Submission is required—please ensure your slides are uploaded on time.

⏱️ Be mindful of your allotted presentation time to ensure a smooth flow for all speakers.

Virtual Sessions: Virtual sessions will take place on Zoom. Please consult the conference program for links and schedules.

Virtual Presenters: Please check your inbox for emails from Underline with subject: Instructions for Your Virtual Presentation It contains important access and presentation time information. All presentation times show in CEST, Vienna local time.

Helpdesk and User Guides To help ensure everything goes smoothly, we highly recommend reviewing User Guides. If you need help or have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
